If a user is saving email as well as attachment(s) into a single PDF (by choosing the option Save emails and attachments into PDFs, one PDF per email on PDF File Settings tab in the Configuration Window) and the setting Always include attachments as "raw" attachments (do not transcribe) on Settings and Utilities tab is check marked then to find the raw attachment(s) one needs to follow this way (considering the user is using Adobe Acrobat Reader DC to view PDF files) -
1. Open the generated PDF file and click on the arrow at the left edge of its reading pane to show the hidden content.
2. Click on the paperclip icon to reveal the native (or raw) attachment(s).
3. Double click on the attachment. It will give this prompt to open the file.
Now choose the desired option for opening the file.
