It depends.

If you purchase one of our traditional desktop products, then purchases get two years of tech support, activations, and upgrades.  If you are outside of that two-year window, the add-in may continue to run, but you will need to repurchase the software if you need tech support or if anything goes wrong at all (including moving the license to a new machine).  All returning customers are eligible for 50% off of the purchase price.  If you need that discount code, email with proof of purchase.  More details can be found at

If you purchase either our Microsoft 365 subscription products or our cloud products, then yes.  Subscription products are clearly marked.  All cloud products are re-occurring monthly/annual subscriptions.
