If you purchase one of our traditional desktop products, then purchases get two years of tech support, activations, and upgrades.  If you are outside of that two-year window, the add-in may continue to run, but you will need to repurchase the software if you need tech support or if anything goes wrong at all (including moving the license to a new machine).  All returning customers are eligible for 50% off of the purchase price.  If you need that discount code, email sales@sperrysoftware.com with proof of purchase.  More details can be found at https://www.sperrysoftware.com/Email-Tools/upgrade-policy/.


If you purchase either our Microsoft 365 subscription products or our cloud products, then yes.  Subscription products are clearly marked.  All cloud products are re-occurring monthly/annual subscriptions.
