Sometimes when using Auto Print or Auto Print Pro the printer may act up, for example, continuing to print in color when it is set to print only in black & white (or vice versa). Other symptoms might be the number of pages printed and/or whether or not to collate the pages.
To fix this problem, follow these instructions to delete the two files that may be causing the problem:
Exit Outlook
Look for the file at Documents\Sperry Software\EmailPageSettings.xml
Delete it if found
Then look for the file at Documents\Sperry Software\PageSettings.xml
Delete it if found
Restart Outlook and try your print test again
If the files aren't found, then this solution is not your problem.
If the files were found, then know that it is safe to delete them because they will be regenerated if necessary.
